My name is Ktasha Hardge. I’m a child of God and I’m a 30+ year young mom of two young ladies, age 7 and 10 and I reside with my fiance of 3 years. I’m an Entrepreneur first and I’m a very self-motivated person always looking to better myself. I’m a Tax Professional of over 15 years and I have been self employed for over 3 years now. I have a passion of helping others and I love to share information. Many friends, family members, and clients reach out to me because they know I’m quite a resourceful person. I love to read and this year I have began my journey to personally and professionally empower myself. Like so many of you, I have been on a journey to financial freedom and time freedom to be able to enjoy and spend more time with my family and to do whatever I want to do to stay happy. I sincerely want to empower others who are seeking the same things in life - - to be able to have more time, to become debt free, to supplement my current income, to supplement my retirement income, to be able to leave a legacy for my children, to be able to travel more, to be able to help others and give back to my community and serve others. I am a believer that it is our obligation to better ourselves and to help better others. Greatness is our destiny and abundance is our birthright.

What was your 2008 New Year's Resolution? Well this year I didn't make a resolution. I made a New Year's Commitment to start my journey of Personal Development. One of the actions I have taken was to subscribe to a new magazine called Success. Well actually, it is an old publication that has been restored. I also subscribe to their newsleters and today's newsletter included an article titled The Miracle of Teamwork by Dr. John C. Maxwell (a business leader and philosopher whom I have grown a great respect for). In this article he stated how he didn't fully grasp the importance of teamwork until he was 40 years old. He stated how at 40, he realized that his success wasn't going to be determined by his gifts, his abilities or his opportunities. It was going to be determined by whether he could develop a great team. This realization was so life-changing for him that it birthed one of his 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership - the "Law of the Inner Circle" which states those closest to you determine the level of your success. Now more than 16 years later, he devotes more energy, more time and more resources to growing his inner circle than anything else.
I strongly share John's feelings about the Teamwork concept because Together We Achieve More. I am looking for key people to join my team and help to build a successful organization together. A team devoted to helping others and continuing to uplift themselves.
